Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging (where applicable)

    Please note: Custom or embroidered items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it’s approved, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
